Fudgiest Chocolate Brownies! | Bake it Yourself

Hi everyone!

EEK! Baking time! If you read my About Me page, you’d know that I consider myself a self-declared chef/baker. I get more wrongs than rights but for every right, I make a fool-proof way of making things, and in this episode of Bake it Yourself (BIY), I’m showing you a ridiculously easy brownie mix that takes a twist out of the traditional recipe I found on Laurainthekitchen.com. It’s richer (I didn’t use cocoa powder), and gooey that it just falls apart as you try to eat it. This brownie recipe isn’t a cake-brownie, but a chocolatey one where all you taste is melted chocolate in warm light sponge! I mean just LOOK:

I’ve never been much of a baker, and after my three years in the States, making a batch of brownies from scratch seemed intimidating (hello, boxed brownie mixes!). But, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as making something from scratch that so many people adore, including yourself.

This is maybe my fourth try with this recipe because I have been perfecting the measurements to make it easy as possible. Let’s get on with the recipe:

I hope you guys like the recipe and stay tuned for more BIY posts!

Until then,

All my love,
